December 1995 I visited my marine engineer son Raymond in New Orleans while he was in port there. The two of us visited the local bars and music venues, including this one, The Preservation Hall Jazz Band. Their music brought tears to my eyes. The banjo player was a hundred years old. Al Hurt and his trumpet was a surprise guest that night. I would love to get some of the other names here, . . . . anybody looking in know the names of the players in these pictures?
